Learn & Leverage Video

23 03 2011

My Friend Sue of Newport Interactive Marketers hosts a monthly meeting with mingling and guest speakers. This month two of our friends will be presenting Learn and Leverage Video For Your Brand Success.

Sue sent me a question via Twitter asking what should Patrick and Scott cover in their talk on video?

Since this is a talk on video I thought it would be fun to answer Sue’s question with a video.

Below this video I have added links to make it easy for you to connect with Sue, Patrick and Scott.

Eagle Scout Court Of Honor

27 02 2011

On Feb. 20, 2011 I was invited to witness the advancement of six young men, six Boy Scouts to rank of Eagle Scout. I was a leader for 16 years as one of the adult leaders that worked with these scouts on their trail to Eagle. It is a prestigious award as only 2% of of scouts ever reach this level. It take’s hard work and a strong commitment. Congratulation to all six new Eagle Scouts.

So Much Snow – Yonezawa Japan

25 01 2011

iReport — Bing from New England we are used to snow and have been expiring lot’s of it this season or at least we think we are.

Yesterday I arrived in Yonezawa Japan. Yonezawa is approximately 250 miles North West of Tokyo. When we got off the Tsubsa (the famous bullet train) we saw snow, so much snow.

Yonezawa as I understand it is in the older part of Japan. Some of the things this area of Japan is know for is the samurai village, Yonezawa beef and the hot springs.

From this video I recorded yesterday you can see snow and lots of it and how Yonezawa is using the hot springs to their advantage.

Being a hearty New Englander I can handle this. After all it’s only snow!
