Daria Musk LIVE at Google Seattle WA 11/11/11
12 11 2011Tonight Daria Musk performed a musical concert at the Google office in Seattle Washington. Chee Chew introduced Daria Musk as she performed a one hour long concert to the Google employees. David Bennett along with a room full of our Google friends were their.
Daria Musk started the concert off with her new hit +1 (plus one me) me that she wrote about her and our Google+ experience.
Thank you to Chee Chew and the entire Google+ team for giving us this space to play in. We are having the time of our life and meeting so many very nice people.
Thank you to Taylor Guitars ( Taylor Guitars ) for supplying our friend Daria Musk with the acoustic and electric guitars she played tonight.

Interactive News Presented To Students via Google+ Hangout
25 09 2011On September 24, 2011 While I was attending PodCamp Boston 6 at the Microsoft N.E.R.D. center in Boston I took part in a Google+ hangout with +Sarah Hill The Interactive Anchor/Reporter at KOMU-TV. Host of U_News @ 4, an interactive conversation about “U” and today’s news.
As Sarah spoke to auditorium of students and parents calling us her international inner circle.
All had heard of Google Plus but none had heard of Hangouts.
We demonstrated one and you should have seen the look on their faces. Don’t you just love seeing the first Hangout aha moment?
+Peter McDermott simulated a breaking news event on his Ipad2 walking around neighborhood, I was impressed with the video quality.

Hurrican Irene – August 25, 2011 – American Red Cross
2 09 2011Hurricane Irene did a lot of damage along the East Coast in August of 2011. The American Red Cross Disaster Relief Team was in our area helping people in need from around the area. I had the opportunity to interview Stephan Kaftan the Red Cross Shelter Manager. We hope yo learn a bit about what and how the Red Cross is here to help when needed.

Google+ Hangout with Michael Dell
21 08 2011Today I had the opportunity to hangout with +Michael Dell and a room full of very intelligent well informed people from around the world. Michael is holding an inspirational desk icon that is all about zero’s and one’s. As you can see it’s a zero and when Michael turned it 90 degrees in his hand it becomes a one.
He answered a question in the hangout by sharing a book he wrote with a first edition (February 17, 1999) Strategies That Revolutionized an Industry.

A Look Back – A Year In Review – 2010
8 11 2010Scott turned the camera on me today at our monthly Boston Media Makers meeting. I spoke to the group as Scott so appropriately called it “A Look Back”. It was my look back to a “A Year In Review” 2010 with respect to social media and my accomplishments. At these media maker breakfast’s we talk about what were doing now, ask a question or share information that has interest to the group. Today I wanted to share what I did and do especially to the new people to the meeting as a way to encourage them to follow their passion.
